Analytics Manager

£45K - £55K - London We’re looking for a sharp and commercially aware BI Analyst / Data Analytics Manager / Marketing Analytics Manager who will develop analytical capability and support the creation of high profile eCommerce capability. You will work as part of a team to develop and execute the strategy in the UK before scaling/rolling out across other global territories. This is the cornerstone strategy that will double its revenue by 2020. You will build and lead a distributed agile engineering team that delivers the results as outlined by the product team across a portfolio of e-commerce business. The BI Analyst / Data Analytics Manager / Marketing Analytics Manager will:- *Develop ad hoc analysis of critical issues that impact business performance *Define a roadmap for long-term analytics needs, serving the stakeholders needs for business monitoring, insights and data-driven automation *Develop tools and solutions that improve corporate analytics maturity to support growing demand for fact-based, customer-centric decision making. *We are looking for data, insights and recommendations that lead to change, not simply reporting on what has occurred The BI Analyst / Data Analytics Manager / Marketing Analytics Manager will be experienced in or have: – *Excellent planning skills; thorough, organised with excellent attention to detail *Strong interpersonal skills – effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to others at all levels *Experience of delivering projects to set deadlines *Passionate about delivering high levels of customer service *Sound working knowledge of digital media *Proficient in computer applications used to manipulate large data sets to analyse, test, validate and report data *Strong skills in database modelling, database querying, business intelligence platforms and advanced data wrangling in Excel *Performs well in an environment with competing priorities and multiple projects *Someone who is intellectually curious about people and data – you know how to ask questions to get to the heart of the matter. *A minimum of 3/4 years of experience working with Data Analytics *Excel / SQL / ETL tool prerequisite This role may involve occasional Global travel.
