£60K - £65K benefits + shares - City of London We’re hiring a Marketing Data Analytics Manager / Performance Marketing Data Lead / Digital Analytics Manager for the Global Marketing team of an Award-Winning Fintech business in Central London. As they start to scale globally the importance of driving decisions through data and Marketing Intelligence becomes critical. The role of Marketing Data Analytics Manager calls for experience in marketing data analytics, working with varied data sources, setting up BI reports and automating repetitive tasks, to translating data insights into next step actions. Your responsibilities within the role of Marketing Data Analytics Manager / Performance Marketing Data Lead / Digital Analytics Manager will include: *Building a new Marketing Business Intelligence and Data capability *Working with the Marketing team to define clear KPI’s, mapping relationships between leading and lagging metrics *Setting up, configuring and maintaining analytics and tracking *Building, maintaining and communicating reports and dashboards to track marketing’s KPI’s against objectives *Working with the central BI team to prototype, design and build reporting frameworks which will be scaled and adopted globally *Analysing post-campaign performance to put forward hypotheses and recommendations for future business initiatives We’re looking for much of the following experience in the Marketing Data Analytics Manager / Performance Marketing Data Lead / Digital Analytics Manager: *A data guru with a proven track record of enabling marketing teams to make better data-driven decisions *You enjoy working with varied data management platforms and have a moderate level of SQL experience *You will have set up reports and automated reporting processes with the support of technical teams as required. Questions such as: *Should we be investing more in PPC or Content? *Which marketing channels are contributing the most to the funnel stage? *Which campaign activities are contributing the most to the bottom-line revenue?
