£50K - £60K Equity - London Head of Marketing / Head of Digital Marketing / Senior Performance Marketing Manager needed by high growth and well-funded SaaS start-up, building the team which will raise the bar and take them through an important phase of international growth. The parent company is a market leader and in only 12 years has become profitable with a presence in over 80 countries. Head of Marketing / Head of Digital Marketing / Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining & implementing all digital marketing initiatives that will drive the success of the business across multiple markets. You will define the full digital marketing strategy (prioritising all inbound) & then lead the hands-on execution alongside the founding team. Head of Marketing / Head of Digital Marketing / Senior Performance Marketing Manager will: *Draw up a roadmap & defining time-bound target goal *Monitor & report on spend and performance vs KPIs. *Optimisation of PPC SEO, CRM campaigns through targeting, segmentation, bid adjustment, pricing, placements, etc. *Mapping out, implementation & optimisation of all retargeting strategies *Trial & scope potential new channels.
