We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist in our Waterlooville office. This role will involve being the face of the company dealing with customer enquiries. Communication skills are essential to this role including face to face, telephone and email. They must also have experience of working on a PC with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Day to day tasks include arranging the company post, booking of travel, accommodation and refreshments as requested and general office administration. This role will require someone who has excellent people skills, organised and good time management.
