Office based at our works in Earith, Cambridgeshire. Required for all aspects of Sales & Purchase Ledger, Monthly Payroll for around 20 staff, Auto – enrolment, Bank Reconciliation’s, Journals, P 60’s, Preparing statements and reconciling receipts and payments, Processing expense claims, Petty Cash, Keeping Personnel Records, Payroll Year End and Month end and year-end preparations for Accountants, Liaising with Accountant, Prepare monthly VAT returns and submit online, Sales statistics and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook etc. Excellent telephone/interpersonal networking skills. Confident, calm and patient with customers. Flexible, dependable and reliable. An ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, either on your own initiative and / or as part of a team. Problem solving skills and an ability to make decisions and negotiate. Presentable and courteous. Salary & Hours: Salary dependent on experience.
