Refurbishment Works Continue on Large Commercial Site

Following on from the successful refurbishment works to one of the sites other overhead glazed structures at this commercial site located on the English/Welsh boarder. The Glazing Refurbishment Large Works division have now commenced with refurbishment works to one of the sites most difficult to access glazed atriums. Due to the atriums location and limiting access options, the GR procurement team needed to source a truck mounted access platform capable of reaching the necessary areas of the glass atrium, overreaching the two brick constructed buildings either side of the atrium, to conduct the required repairs. The procurement team sourced a Palfinger P 480 and secured out of hours working to avoid disruptions to the occupied site. Our accompanying site pictures illustrate the P 480 in operation, placing our glazing operatives directly next to the atrium so the defective glazing can be worked upon and brought back to a fully serviceable condition.
