Employee Survey Results The 2012/13 FMS Employee Survey results have been collected and analysed – thanks to everyone who responded. The results show good progress, and also highlight areas where we can improve. This year over 40% of responses strongly agreed in a positive way to the questions that were asked compared to 25% last year. FMS also performed a lot better in the Leadership and Management category with over 60% of responses falling into the ‘agree strongly’ range, compared to 30% last year. The areas we can improve on include developing our internal Communications and Organising further training and development initiatives. Both these areas are already being improved on. Our re-launch of the website and enhanced use of social media for employees will aid communication. A detailed yearly training budget will also contribute to personal development of our staff.
