Project Work- EMC Luxembourg A brand new EMC office has been completed in the village of Capellen in Luxembourg and they are now occupying their new space. The project, covering around 300 sq metres of ground floor office space, was completed in January 2013. The new office features open plan office areas as well as meeting rooms, management offices and a server rooms. The latest audio visual equipment has also been installed. Spectacular high ceilings, special lighting effects and full height glass panels to let in natural light, makes this both energy efficient and visually striking facility. VMware Utrecht In 2010 we completed a fit-out for VMware’s office in Utrecht, Netherlands. When they expanded to take the whole floor they asked FMS back to refit the remainder of the space. It was a challenge to match colours, carpets and the overall look and design of the space. The new areas included additional open plan office space, new meeting rooms and an enlarged breakout area. But we added new elements too, including ‘American diner seating’ in the break out areas and ‘Smart’ TVs and interactive Smart boards in the meeting space.
