FlexLink AB acquires SSS-Fördertechnik AG

FlexLink is pleased to present the acquisition of Swiss factory automation company SSS-Fördertechnik AG. As of January 1st 2018, SSS-Fördertechnik AG will become part of FlexLink under the name of FlexLink Switzerland GmbH. The new operating unit will take responsibility for sales in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Headquartered in Wollerau (Switzerland), SSS-Fördertechnik has vast experience in development, manufacturing, distribution and installation of components and systems for conveying and automation. The company had 2016 revenues of CFH 6.35 million and over 20 employees. FlexLink and SSS-Fördertechnik AG had a close relationship for 30 years, and since 1990 the Swiss company has had exclusivity on FlexLink products in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. This acquisition is a natural development of the many years of good partnership between the companies. FlexLink welcomes their new colleagues into an exciting future in factory automation.
