One-stop metal finishing

Stainless Finishing Services is now fully merged into Firma-Chrome. Offering mechanical polishing as a standalone process, as well as a pre- or post- treatment for a range of other finishes.

The range of textured finishes are mainly applied to stainless steel but can be used on brass, aluminium and most other non-ferrous metals. They can vary the finish from dull polish, through brushed or bright to mirror polish. If you require a specific grit size or a critical value of surface roughness, they can polish, measure and certify down to 0.2 Ra.

The purpose-built workshop can handle centreless polishing of tubes and bars, automatic flatbed polishing on sheets up to 60cm wide and hand polishing on fabrications or plates up to 6 metres in length.

They offer on-site polishing services by arrangement.
