Fire Incident Planning is a CSS Worksafe training course developed to improve knowledge, competence and safer working practices.
Aims & Objectives: To provide the Emergency Coordinators with a systematic way to bring an unplanned event to as safe a conclusion as practically possible.
Suitability: All personnel.
Requirements: Students should be physically fit.
Syllabus: Identify an unplanned incident, accident or crisis. Have an awareness of the impact of an unplanned incident or accident. Understand the importance of pre-planning and what it can involve. Have a system to use to deal with an unplanned incident or accident.
Have looked at post incident considerations. Practice managing an unplanned incident in your work environment. Notes. Fully Comprehensive notes will be given to all delegates who attend the course.
Certification: On satisfactory completion of the course a certificate of competence will be issued that will be valid for 3 years.
