We have recently retained our Investors in People accreditation

We are proud to announce that we have recently retained our Investors in People accreditation. This award is a fair, trusted and transparent certificate that promotes the growth and development of our staff and company strategy. This achievement signifies Croft’s commitment within “leading, supporting” and improving”, the experiences of our people within the workplace. This is a three year accreditation that we hope to retain in the future.

Investors in People was set up in 1991 by the government to improve organisations. Since then, it has progressed into a worldwide standard used in over 75 countries. The organisation has assessed over 50,000 institutions such as the NHS and Companies House.

This scheme looks at how companies perform against the schemes structure and guides you on areas you can improve on specific areas around engagement, communication, organisational culture and work practices. This helps us as a company recognise areas we can improve on as we are always striving for improvement.

We extend our gratitude to each member of staff who dedicated some time and effort to providing thoughtful responses to the questions.
