Our interchange service aims to replace disposable filters with reusable metal alternatives. This solution not only helps companies reduce costs but also minimises waste and lessens environmental impact. Many companies continue to use disposable filters, which we view as a wasteful practice that consumes more resources and results in a greater negative effect on the environment. Wherever possible, we design filtration solutions to replace single-use filters.
Our skilled team uses our in-house capabilities to re-mesh leaf filters, enabling us to achieve the desired level and flow to meet our customers’ specific requirements. This solution allows our customers to save on the cost of complete replacement filter units by reusing the internal structure. Not only does this help reduce costs, but it also has a positive environmental impact by minimising waste sent to landfill — a meaningful contribution in the fight against the negative effects of disposable filters.
Not only do we take environmentally-friendly steps within the workshop but we take additional step to contribute, with one of the solutions being our electric vehicles utilised for deliveries, helping lower our carbon footprint by reducing air pollution and contributing to cleaner air whilst additionally planning our deliveries efficiently to minimise the number of journeys we take, helping to reduce overall mileage.
Going forward, we aim to continue improving in this area through regular reviews to analyse how we can do better, striving for the most eco-friendly practices across both the shop floor and the office.
