Oakleigh Cases has showcased a custom flight case designed to transport and protect two 75-inch plasma or TV screens.
Shared on the company’s Facebook page, the project demonstrates how a case can be built around the exact equipment it needs to carry, combining a fitted interior with heavy-duty external construction.
Separate Protection for Each Screen
The case incorporates custom-cut protective foam and separate padded compartments for the two screens. This tailored internal layout provides each display with its own supported position during storage and transport.
For businesses moving large screens between venues, an interior designed around the specific equipment is an important part of the overall case design. Oakleigh Cases asks customers to supply the make, model and dimensions of their screens so that a suitable custom solution can be developed.
Heavy-Duty Construction and Practical Handling
The exterior features strong aluminium edging and steel ball corners, together with recessed handles and heavy-duty catches. Heavy-duty castors are included to make the case easier to move.
These details bring together equipment protection and practical handling in a single transport solution, supporting the demands of repeated movement between locations.
Designed for AV, Events and Screen Hire
The company identifies AV businesses, events, exhibitions, touring and professional screen hire as applications for the double-screen case.
Best Flight Cases and Oakleigh Cases provide UK-made flight cases and bespoke transport solutions, with design and workshop capabilities that allow cases to be tailored beyond standard specifications.
Customers with a current screen transport project can contact the team to discuss the equipment, dimensions and intended use before a case is designed and manufactured to suit.
