The Type B Cycle Rack is a floor mounted cycle rack based upon the Model R Holder. The Type B offers a high single sided cycle parking density. The high and low holders combined ensure that cycles are parked only 305mm apart (typical parking distance for a Sheffield Cycle Stand is 500mm). The high holders, which incorporate ramps are alternated with the low holders, ensuring that all holders can accommodate bicycles at the same time at a higher density than single level cycle parking racks.
