Lantech lid forming and placing machines LF-1000 and LF-2000

The mechanically operated Lantech lid forming and placing machines are available in two versions. The LF-1000 is the compact two-station lid forming/placing machine capable of processing E or B flute blanks. The lid is formed on a forming head where the flaps are glued. The formed lid is positioned on the tray case by means of unique shoe-horn type fingers. The LF-2000 is the high speed four-station lid forming/placing machine capable of processing E or B flute blanks as well as solid board blanks. The lid is placed loose on the filled tray case and then usually strapped with plastic bands.
