The challenge: Data held in a hosted environment caused slow sessions, lag and frequent disconnections across sites. The firm also needed secure, auditable access for external consultants.

What we did: Built a dedicated server (192 GB memory, 24 GB GPU) with a virtual machine running an offline large language model for report crunching. Improved cross-site and consultant access, hardened the firewall, and added EDR and ITDR.
