HAUSER FEUERSCHUTZ AG (01 April 2004)

Following the successful launch of the ULTRA BOARD DISPLAY SYSTEMS in the last quarter of 2003, HAUSER FEUERSCHUTZ AG, a Swiss supplier of Fire Protection equipment and signage, put the ‘PERSONALISED’ service to the test. The company commissioned Dufaylite to design, manufacture and install a special purpose booth and display section for its exhibition stand at HILSA, a major construction products exhibition in Basle, Switzerland, during January 2004. The Dufaylite team designed the stand using standard PANORAMA system panels and PICTURE systems. The ‘dark room’ booth was constructed to present photo-luminescent safety signage and, as with the three picture systems, all the graphic panel printing was sub-contracted to VGL in Reading, who used the INCA DIGITAL EAGLE H flatbed printer to print directly onto the panels. Marcus Hauser from Hauser Feuerschutz AG said ‘We were very impressed with the print quality of the graphics and the ease of installation of the stand in the exhibition hall. In fact, we have been so impressed with the range of systems that we have established EXPOLIT, a new company, to distribute the systems in Switzerland for Dufaylite.
