Polyester Powder Coating

Polyester Powder Coating is a complex organic colour layer. The process offers an extended life for the fence and gives it a bright colour coating, available in over 60 standard and over 1,000 non-standard colours in both RAL and British Standard ranges. Zaun’s powder coating meet the requirements of BS EN 134838:2005, which includes subjecting the galvanised steel to a multi stage pre-treatment prior to the organic powder coating being applied. This pre-treatment ensures that our coatings offer the highest level of performance on the market.
