STRUCTURAL STEEL FABRICATION & ERECTION Structural Steel Surveys: Three-dimensional surveys of structural steelwork for either replacement or new components. Surveys of difficult to access components are undertaken using remote measurement systems or by use of Rope Access techniques. Projects where Williamson Technical Services Limited have recently provided services: T5 Heathrow - Paradise Street Liverpool - Arsenal Emirates Stadium - King's Water Front Liverpool - Saint Gobain Glass Factory Mexico Fabrication Drawings: CAD or manual preparation of fully dimensioned fabrication isometric drawings from "on site" dimensional surveys. Drawings are prepared with material lists, flange deflections and bolt rotations to a Clients specification. Fabrication Surveys: Attendance at fabrication workshops to provide dimensional control facilities to assist accurate construction of piping spools and structural steel components. The services include setting up of assemblies at pre weld stage with interim surveys prior to final welding, with the fully documented "as built" postweld survey reports. The Company computer software can provide complete statistics on the dimensional and geometrical integrity of the fabricated components, including flange deflections and bolt hole rotations.
