The new design features include an significantly higher contact pressure (3kg more than the nearest competitor), ensuring consistently improved process reliability when welding thermoplastic membranes on applications such as flat roofs, swimming pool liners and waterproof covers and also bitumen membranes on flat roofs.? The range of thermoplastic material that can now be welded includes TPO, PVC, TPE, ECB, EPDM, EVA, PIB, TPU, FPO, PO and PVC-P.? Highlights of the new design features include a redesigned and innovative swivel-in mechanism enabling the nozzle to be effortlessly and quickly inserted or removed from the overlap for faster welding and less opportunity for burning.? Like the VARIMAT 700 and 500, the VARIMAT 300 has an adjustable rear transport axle provides for balanced handling and allows the machine to track straight without correction.
