Leister UNIDRIVE 505 Semi-Auto PVC Pool Fabric Butt Welder
Product Code: UNIDRIVE 505
Leister UNIDRIVE 505 Semi-automatic Roofing Heat Gun Welder For pool waterproofing, the joint of the membranes to be butt welded must first be tacked to the underlying welding tape in the usual clean and continuous manner ? what follows is revolutionary. The left and right membranes and the butt welding tape are welded together in just one working step. The entire process is carried out with impressive precision and consistency. The result is an almost invisible weld seam. There is no need for an additional seam sealing. Butt welding is an alternative to the classic and conventional overlap welding. The butt-welded seam impresses with a smooth surface that takes the bathing experience to new heights, as there are no noticeable edges. Cleaning by pool robots is also made easier, as the seamless transitions prevent dirt from accumulating. What?s more, in illuminated pools with a calm water surface, the seams on the floor are practically invisible, giving the pool a particularly elegant look. With the UNIDRIVE 505, pool construction companies and pool builders are not just investing in a tool, but in a solution that simplifies work processes, increases the quality of pool waterproofing and saves costs in the long term. The brushless drive and blower motor of the UNIDRIVE 505 ensures a long service life and minimal maintenance. It should also be emphasized that the ergonomic semi-automatic welder enables longer, fatigue-free working. Operating the UNIDRIVE 505 is intuitive and convenient. The device is easy to guide and the user always has the guide notch and the weld seam in view thanks to the clearly visible field of vision.
