The PENWELD 500-A 230V 1550W 173.376 from Leister The PENWELD 500-A advanced hot air gun features and updated design, producing an excellent ergonomic hand grip for ease of use over long periods of time. Slim, lightweight and with a light weight 3m air hose with 310? air hose rotation, the PENWELD 500-A push-fit model is particularly well suited to harsh environments and tight spaces. Capable of temperatures as high as 600?C. The light weight high quality air hose incorporates the power lead and is robust enough for industrial environments. Temperature is set via the digital display and the closed loop electronics ensure that the temperature set stays constant no matter what the situation. The control screen can be locked to avoid any accidental changes to the job settings. The PENWELD 500-A also incorporated a warm colour LED ring light to make it easier to weld in tight dark spaces; the non-fatiguing warm LED colour also prevents eye strain. As with all Leister tools, the electronic components of the PENWELD 500-A are carefully encased and protected against moisture and contamination. All PENWELD device variations have a particularly powerful and durable heating element, capable of handling all aspects of hot air draw welding of detailed plastic tanks, air washers, pump wells etc. Ideal for use with an external air supply such as the Leister ROBUST or AIRSTREAM 100 Industrial Process Blower or compressed supply.
