Location: West Bay, Dorset Client: Morgan Sindall Project Cost: £500,000 We were asked by Q-railing to work alongside them at this large and potentially sensitive project, where due to the failings of another company the insurers Zurich were having to replace almost 1 kilometre of Q-railing Easy glass balustrade, due to the existing product failing. The apartments were all resided in or had owners so the politics of the project in dealing with various clients’ needs and expectations had to be taken into account at all times. The project was a huge success for both companies and, all parties (Both Morgan sindall, Zurich and the residents) were extremely pleased with our delivery of the Job which was on time and to a very high standard.
