Lincolnshire Volland was previously known as RTIC, but as a part of our company image update, the name was changed to reflect its ambitions. The first member of the Volland team was Terry Volland, an engineer who was taught by the American Air Force in the early 60's. After his time in the American Air Force he moved to Saudi Arabia where he maintained & repaired large Refrigerated & Air Conditioned systems at major hospitals. In 1997 Terry set up a small business within Lincolnshire repairing & maintaining refrigerated equipment. ​ Terry is now highly regarded as our chief engineer, after letting his son take the role as Managing Director. During the past 17 years our company has been expanded to now include such activities as Air Conditioning, Beer Cellar & Cold Room installations. With the new image came new contracts, including major breweries; installing, maintaining & repairing Beer Cellar systems. As a Lincolnshire based company we carry out repairs in all surrounding areas including Grantham, Sleaford, Stamford, Spalding, Boston, Skegness, Lincoln and Bourne, with equipment installations available NATIONWIDE.
