Metal Adjustable Inline Lift off Hinge

Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinges (also known as detachable hinges and lift-off door hinges) allows a 90° of adjustment on the base plate leaf, relative to the hinge leaf, to allow for inaccuracies in the assembly of the door and mounting panel or for when the adjustment better accommodates a gasket.

Two or more hinges can be installed in the same orientation to allow the door to be lifted off for better access of transportation. These hinges can be installed with opposing orientation to remove the ability to lift off the door. Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinges can allow for assembly of misaligned parts.

The Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinges also come with cover caps to conceal the fixings. The Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinge can withstand a radial load of 510N and an axial load of 1480N. The adjustable leaf has 90° of adjustment. Metal Adjustable Lift-off Hinges can be used for mounting doors, panels and safety guards on cabinets and enclosures.
