Some businesses are more niche than others and Brewis Engineering Ltd represented the challenge of being highly specialised with international growth opportunities and it was finding a buyer with the confidence, capital and expertise to see this sale through successfully that was key. Two vendors with a strong desire to retire and a commitment to see their employees cared for had been let down by a previous buyer and so Turner Butler was on its mettle to find this buyer quickly and so we did, completing in the timeframe indicated at the outset and delivering a succesful sale at a value significantly greater than the previous which had let them down.
