Over the last 38 years Total Polyfilm has become one of the largest polythene film manufacturers in the UK. Producing over 40,000 tonnes across our two manufacturing sites allowing us the freedom and ability to extrude, print and convert polythene into a multitude of different products. Our two sites employ over 200 members of staff that tend to our 1400 customers based nationally and internationally. Our commitment to the environment is paramount throughout the company. Both of our sites have Erema reprocessing machines for our internal waste which is used to reclaim products. Some of our extruders also have built in recycling units which feed edge trim straight back into the machine minimising waste.
