CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be working as part of a team, with the main purpose of the role to provide outstanding levels of service and thereby maximise the sales potential of all existing/prospective customers. Broadly, this will be achieved by computerised quotations and sales order entry/progressing and frequent customer contact via telephone, e-mail and, occasionally, in person. In addition the role carries a team responsibility for controlling the movements of Tidyco’s “Hose Doctor Engineers” to ensure effective and efficient response time to site jobs.
