SHOWROOM & WORKSHOP FACILITIES

3CB were asked to design and construct this showroom as part of an entire trading estate we were constructing. The showroom incorporated a parapet roof with concealed front guttering system. Additionally we installed a full PV (photovoltaic) electricity generation system on the roof carefully concealed by the parapet roof. The building is finished off with a glazed entrance area to the showroom with an attractive matching curved glass entrance porch. The trading estate included two blocks of small industrial starter units, one of which can been seen in the aerial view
