3CB have an enviable reputation for refurbishment of older building either of traditional construction or steel framed buildings. Our expertise in the safe removal of old asbestos roofs and replacement with modern composite or built-up systems can bring a new lease of life to damp and leaking buildings that often have a dark interior not conducive to a good working environment. All of this can be achieved for a lower cost than a new build and typically won’t require planning consent. ​3CB were recently engaged to undertake a thorough internal and external refurbishment of this rather tired building. Here we see the state of the external cladding and interior roof prior to work commencing.
