MULTI BAY GARAGE WITH MOT FACILITY

A recent project by 3CB was for a multiple bay garage, of varying depths to achieve the dimensions required for the variety of vehicles needing to be MOT’s together with conventional garage bays. In addition a lower bay was constructed to potentially house an office and ‘car of the week’ at a later date. The planning regulations were tight for this roadside facility and the architects proposals were for variation in roof levels so achieve a more varied appearance. ​
