3CB were asked to design and install and two blocks of small starter units in addition to a larger showroom to form an industrial estate in Surrey. The contrasting choice of greens together with the orientation of the vertical and horizontal trapezoidal steel cladding profiles make the units more pleasing to looks at. Additionally the units were fitted with high specification insulated sectional overhead doors. We divided the interior of the blocks of three units with two block-work walls
