3CB has an enormous capability in the design, supply and installation of some very innovative solutions within the steel framed building sector. An example was a recent request for a combined office and stable building in the South East. The client had a brief concept that we translated into our steel frame which we then erected and clad. The client is presently timber and stone facing the two gables. The interesting points about this project are obviously the roof shape, which has a fall between the two unclad gable and the low level gutters.
