The Medical Masks was set up as a hands-on wholesale / retail arm of Puro Vida Ltd, an international trade and supply chain solutions consultancy. Founded at the beginning of 2020, Puro Vida Ltd used their prior experience in the PPE industry to manufacture and sell protective visors to the NHS at the start of the COVID19 pandemic. ​ After establishing a client base with numerous NHS Trusts in the UK, Puro Vida Ltd began procuring various purchase orders in relation to infection control. Using a global network, Puro Vida Ltd supplied over 500,000 FFP2 and FFP3 Respirators from well known brands but most specifically 3M. ​ We are now recognised as one of the NHS's leading suppliers of 3M FFP2 and FFP3 respirators, and The Medical Masks was set up as a retailing arm for the private sector to benefit of better quality respirators.
