USB 1.1, originally released in 1998 has a maximum data transfer rate of 12Mbps. This is adequate for many USB applications and is normally supported by USB analysers capable of supporting higher data rates, such as USB2.0 and USB 3.0.
Bear in mind that simple USB bus decoders, often built-in to oscilloscopes and logic analysers are only capable of displaying USB low-level packets. If you need to analyse higher level information, such as USB classes then you will need to use a dedicated USB analyser, such as the Total Phase Beagle USB 480.
