Senior Management Changes following Techsil / M-tec Merger

Following Techsil’s acquisition of Aerospace and Defence industry suppliers, M-tec in May 2017, the two companies have now fully merged and M-tec is trading under the Techsil banner. Formed in 1983 by Smiths Industries, M-tec Limited was specifically set up to deal with the aerospace and defence market where certification and lot traceability are essential. M-tec specialises in supplying aerospace adhesives, gaskets, o-rings, paints and lubricants. Further management changes include M.D. Paul Hughes moving to the position of Group Company Chairman and Chris Dilley stepping into the role of Managing Director. Chris Dilley comments: “This is an exciting time for Techsil, our core business is growing and we have had an exceptional year. The benefits of combining these two complementary companies was compelling. With M-tec coming under the Techsil umbrella we can enjoy operational benefits that were not possible when trading separately.
