Rivet Nuts - MultiRiv

Tappex are promoting a new range of Rivet Nuts for plastics & composites under the 'MultiRiv' trade name. These Rivet Nuts are designed with four radial holes, a unique design feature, this in order to control the physical deformation or collapse zone of the fastener's body during mechanical installation. This property enables the use of our MultiRiv in a variety of industrial applications and materials where 'conventional' rivets would otherwise not be suitable. Tappex's MultiRiv is available in sizes from M2.5 to M16 normally in boxed quantities with an extensive range of stocked items as well as 'make for print'. Multi Riv is available in a range of materials (Steels, Aluminium and Brass), physical grip ranges and body styles including headed, reduced & countersink. Multi becuase of it's inherent wide grip range will allow for reduced inventory as a single part will typically cover the physical range of two conventional rivet nuts.
