Your racking should be checked at three different levels:
Daily reporting of any damage by warehouse staff.
Regular in-house visual inspections by a trained Person Responsible for Racking Safety (PRRS).
An expert inspection by a SEMA Approved Racking Inspector (SARI) at least once every 12 months.
Warehouses with high forklift activity or frequent impacts may benefit from more frequent inspections.
