How often should warehouse racking be inspected?
Your racking should be checked at three different levels:

Daily reporting of any damage by warehouse staff.

Regular in-house visual inspections by a trained Person Responsible for Racking Safety (PRRS).

An expert inspection by a SEMA Approved Racking Inspector (SARI) at least once every 12 months.

Warehouses with high forklift activity or frequent impacts may benefit from more frequent inspections.
