Specialist Floors North East are flooring contractors.We work for both domestic and commercial customers alike, operating throughout the north east of England from as far north as Alnwick in Northumberland to as far south as Yarm on Teeside.The company is owned and run by Arnie Smith,a 58 year old graduate Quantity Surveyor with many years of experience in the contract flooring industry,having in fact been part of the team that laid the floors at the £350m RVI Hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne,built by Laing O'Rourke and also the £50m Rockliffe Hall Hotel development near Croft in Darlington,built by Shepherd Construction.
