OLE base Balloch Road Renton

Solway Precast was awarded to make an OLE base for the railway line improvement on Balloch Road at Renton in Dumbartonshire. The project had a short turnaround of 3 weeks, the base had to be cast upside down as all faces were mould finish and with projecting bolts on the top face and a weight of 17 tonnes added to the yard team difficulties on how to turn over.
