Why Maintain Polished Concrete?

Daily Maintenance: Small & Large Area Cleaning
Small Areas (e.g., homes, showrooms):
- Dust mop or vacuum to remove debris
- Clean with a microfiber mop using Ameripolish Rejuvenating Cleaner or C² Clean
- Dry the surface, then burnish with a 1500, 3000, or 8000 grit Boride diamond pad to restore gloss
Large Areas (e.g., warehouses, retail units):
- Auto scrub using Rejuvenating Cleaner diluted in water
- Pair with a suitable diamond maintenance pad
- Once dry, burnish with a high-speed floor polisher and Boride pad
Weekly to Monthly Maintenance
For high-traffic areas or early signs of wear:
- Dust mop loose debris
- Scrub using an auto scrubber with a #1500 Boride or DIP pad
- Use Rejuvenating Cleaner or C² Maintenance to clean and reinforce
- Burnish as needed to restore lustre
Periodic Deep Cleaning
Restore shine, remove grease, and reset the surface:
- Replace daily cleaner with Ameripolish CFE 2000 or C² Degrease
- Auto scrub with a deep-cleaning pad
- Dry completely before applying any protective treatments
- Finish with high-speed burnishing (1500–8000 grit pad)
Spot Repairs & Light Restoration
For Etching, Dullness, or Minor Damage:
- Clean and repair surface as needed
- Scrub with #400–#800 diamond pads
- Apply densifier and allow to cure
- Burnish with #1500, clean with Rejuvenating Cleaner and #3000 pad
- Apply a protective guard, then perform a final high-gloss burnish
Quick Spot-Fixes:
- Use Ameripolish Strip & Clean to remove old coatings or stains
- For deep stains, apply Stain Slayer or C² Stain Clean to draw out contaminants
- Finish with densifier and sealer if required
