When looking for a spill kit that can be kept on a dockside or heavily trafficked marina, it's not enough to have just a handful of pads and socks in a dustbin that inevitably, gets shoved into a corner and forgotten about. You need a kit that has everything that you could need and fulfills your risk assessment. Many kits on the market today are just too small to deal with dockside spills, which are not only from boats and ships, but can also come from vehicles, forklifts, hydraulic lines, container leakage, accidental drum spillage, and many other areas.
