Flexible Machining Processes As previously mentioned, Seetru Ltd manufacture all their products at their site in Bristol, this includes CNC internal programming & form tool manufacturing. To be able to write the programmes and design the tools for the machines in-house means Seetru Ltd can provide faster manufacturing lead times without the delay of needing to wait for the programmes and tools to be designed and delivered. Innovative Design & Development Seetru Ltd has a team of technical design & develop engineers who are able to design and develop safety valves & liquid level gauges to suit customers applications & processes. The design office are use 2D AutoCAD and 3D AutoDesk Inventor software, including stress analysis and material selection. All new designs and products enhancements are prototyped through the development department . The development facilities include: > TUV Approved large volume testing rig with flow measurement capabilities > Climatic test chamber from -70 C to +180 C. > Cyclic testing equipment. > Steam and liquid valve testing facilities.
