Jan '08 SEBA Developments purchased by Servicepower Ltd.

Servicepower Ltd. has agreed the purchase of 100% of the shares in SEBA Developments Ltd. and will operate SEBA as a division of Servicepower. Leon Bachelier, former owner and Managing Director of the company has decided to retire after more than 30 years, but will continue to act as a consultant for the company, primarily in a design capacity. Martin Johnson, Managing Director of Servicepower Ltd. commented: "The addition of the SEBA division to Servicepower offers us a wide range of new markets to serve and we believe we can use our marketing skills to grow the company from the excellent foundation provided by Leon."
