Statoil Mariner Installation

Our Installation Technicians are currently onsite, installing our products on the Statoil Mariner Drilling and Production Platform, currently under construction in South Korea. A perfect example of our comprehensive turn-key project solution; A Project Manager was appointed and our services were initiated with a desktop survey to ascertain an estimated supply package in line with the work scope issued by CB&I and Statoil. Our Survey and Design Teams also compiled location drawings to provide our client with an anticipated installation proposal and the details of both standard and bespoke signage. Nearing the end of the build, an onsite survey was conducted to finalise specific and actual signage and to determine the actual fittings and fixtures requirement. The manufacture and supply included many of our products: Platform identification signs Safety Awareness System (SAS) signage Safety and IMO signage Anti-slip products Low Location Lighting (LLL) LSA Plans Walkway markers Station Bills Helideck No-Landing Canvas The four man Installation Team currently on-board are expected to be on location for approximately 2/3 months and subsequent visits during the commissioning phases when the platform is located at its offshore destination in the North Sea.
