Plastic Full Cone Spray Tip

The plastic full cone spray tip generates a full-cone pattern with uniform liquid coverage. A fixed internal whirl plate creates the spray distribution, while the flanged tip is designed for use with either threaded nozzle bodies or nozzle pipe-clamp holders.

Available in polyacetal or PVDF, the tip provides an 80-degree spray angle. The replaceable-tip format offers a practical option for installations where nozzle maintenance and component changes need to be straightforward.
