Plastic Eductor Nozzle

Plastic eductor nozzles provide an economical way to circulate and mix liquids in tanks without moving parts. The submerged nozzle uses a pressurised motive liquid passing through an orifice and venturi to draw in additional tank contents, creating a discharge plume that continues the mixing and agitation process.

Depending on the model and operating pressure, the discharged volume can be four to five times greater than the pumped volume. Manufactured in polypropylene with a maximum temperature of 77°C, the nozzle can reduce settling, maintain consistent liquid characteristics, mix chemicals and move solids along a tank floor.
