Metal Eductor Nozzle

Metal eductor nozzles circulate and mix tank contents using a pressurised liquid stream and venturi action, without the need for moving components. The resulting discharge plume can reduce suspended-solid settling, improve circulation, mix chemicals and help move solids along the bottom of a tank.

Depending on the model and pressure, the nozzle can discharge four to five times the volume of liquid pumped, helping to reduce energy use compared with some mechanical mixing methods. Standard materials include 316 stainless steel, bronze and cast iron, with other materials available on request.
