The vent port stuffers in particular provide a safe way to increase production while removing air, moisture and volatiles without losing process material. They feature stainless steel construction, full vacuum capability, an easy clean two-part vacuum chamber and an oil filled, water cooled gearbox, in sizes to suit twin-screw and single-screw extruders.
